Exchange policy for online sales at

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after the item is received. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We strive to best serve our online customers for complete satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order.

What is Online Store Credit?

It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

How does this work?

Simply email us at or call us at 0330-5194443 and request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.

Till when I can claim this?

Please make sure that you send in this request within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 days.

How do I send the item back?

Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email or contact us on email.

What about Shipping Costs?

    We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases

  • If the item was damaged when received by the customer (Please share the video proof on our WhatsApp).
  • If the wrong item was delivered.
  • If promotional free shipping is being offered.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Is there an alternate option?

Yes. You can simply come to our Maamta-Premium Kids Store outlet and purchase something else for the same amount. Please take your original receipt with you and settle the balance at the same time.

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well?

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Discounts offered on online sales are not applicable to sales at outlet.

Exchange/refund policies for different categories

ONLY items with tags will be eligible for exchange.


Electronic items/toys are not refundable/exchangeable, once you receive the item please check the items at delivery time to make sure it’s working and report the issues if any.


Feeders and other feeding accessories do not come under a claim if used or opened from its packet.


Please do not open the toiletries if you intend to exchange them.


No return/exchange for strollers and baby gear.


No return/exchange for stuff toys


Colors may vary slightly in online pictures and real products Size changing will be eligible for exchange however, we will call you after order placement for order confirmation and age confirmation.

What if I just want to cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at or calling at 033051944443.

Please Note:

  • • Exchanges can only be claimed within seven days only.
  • • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.

To complete your return, we require the order number of your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 924-C Main PWD Rd, O-9 Police Foundation Islamabad You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
